The Bootstrap package includes attending and providing minutes for an annual meeting up to 60 minutes long, an annual legal update, and reviewing your Alabama business license renewals.

The Check-in package includes the Bootstrap package, with a second board or shareholder meeting and legal update, and an employee handbook review

The outsourced package includes the Check-in package with a total of four meetings, one a quarter, quarterly legal updates, template NDAs and employment agreements and up to five hours of contract training. This package also includes a 10% discount on Maris’s regular hourly rate for extra services.
